Dr. Rajeewa Pieris

Dr Rajeewa Pieris completed MBBS in 1986 , MS from 1989-1993,Surgery residency(1989-1993) and Cardiac Surgery Post Doctoral training from Post Graduate Institute of Medicine ,University of Colombo.He Completed Research fellowship (1996-1998) and Clinical fellowship (1998-1999). He worked as Senior Registrar in Cardiac Surgery (1999).He is Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery from PGIM University of Colombo (1997)and has experience as a Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon at National Hospital of Sri Lanka (1999-2002) and Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Childern of Sri Lanka (2001-2002).
